Magnetic travel chessboard and set 18 x 18cm (7,1 x 7,1 inches)

 

These chess pieces are finely carved following the Stuanton design with "german" knights. The pieces have also a lacquer finish and the bases are felted to protect the chessboard from unwanted scratches. The pieces are magnetic and then are really stable when placed on the chessboard (you can even hold it upside down as shown in the pictures). The inside of the chessboard is filled with soft foam covered in velvet. A series of hollows are present to hold every piece when the chessboard is closed during the travel time.
